By placing an order with The Luxury Shopping Service (“LSS”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
The Luxury Shopping Service is operated by The Luxury Service Ltd (UK) and TLS Sourcing Ltd (Nigeria).
1. Pricing & Currency
Stay fit All prices are listed in GBP (£).
For international clients, prices are converted to your local currency at the exchange rate on the day your order is confirmed.
If payment is not received within 24 hours, The Luxury Shopping Service reserves the right to update the exchange rate to reflect the rate on the day payment is made.and healthy with our range of fitness equipment at The Luxury Hamper Service. 2. Personal Shopping Fee
A 10% service fee applies to all orders.
For orders under £300, a flat fee of £30 applies instead.
3. Shipping
Orders are shipped via Standard or Express delivery.
Shipping costs are determined by The Luxury Shopping Service based on quotes from external shipping providers.
Clients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges upon delivery.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, subject to the nature of the order.
Some items are non-cancellable, including but not limited to:
Food and perishable goods
Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate apparel
Hair products, wigs, and extensions
Custom, pre-ordered, or made-to-measure items
After 24 hours, or for non-cancellable items, no cancellations will be accepted.
5. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
No returns or exchanges are accepted once an order is shipped.
Exchanges or amendments to an order can be requested within 24 hours of payment; however, they are subject to availability and do not apply to items that cannot be altered or cancelled (see list of non-cancellable items in Point 4, e.g., food, underwear, hair products, custom or pre-ordered items).
6. Liability
The Luxury Shopping Service is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or brands, stores, or other suppliers from whom items are sourced.
Any disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.
